Self Employed Refinancing

Many of our inquiries come from those that are self-employed home owners or those that are looking for a new home purchase loan. We know that your situation is unique and that you may be apprehensive about the challenges you may face when getting a mortgage or refinancing. If a borrower is employed at a company, lenders generally require two continuous years of W2's and the two most recent paycheck stubs. Being self-employed, those income documents are not a viable option. There are other means of proving your income to lenders and in some cases you may not have to show income at all.
