Self Employed Refinancing
Many of our inquiries come from those that are self-employed home owners or those that are looking for a new home purchase loan. We know that your situation is unique and that you may be apprehensive about the challenges you may face when getting a mortgage or refinancing. If a borrower is employed at a company, lenders generally require two continuous years of W2's and the two most recent paycheck stubs. Being self-employed, those income documents are not a viable option. There are other means of proving your income to lenders and in some cases you may not have to show income at all. If you have any questions or concerns regarding the benefits and/or process of refinancing or obtaining a mortgage loan, please fill out our inquiry box and we will have a mortgage professional contact you promptly.
